  • Only service dogs are allowed.
  • 50% of the total price will be charged to the credit card provided any moment after reservation is done and prior to arrival date.

  • Early check in is subject to availability.
  • Please be aware that we provide limited front desk services until 10:00pm PR time. Call or send us an e-mail previous to this time if planning to arrive after 10:00pm to perform arrangements otherwise we will proceed with room cancellation.
  • Additional charge of $25.00 per night will be charge for an extra person on room.
  • Changes in room may have additional charges.
  • At the moment of check in customer must provide identification and credit card provided at the moment of reservation. Customer may pay with another credit card or cash.
  • Guest will have up to 7 days prior to arrival date to cancel without penalty. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show up money will not be reimbursed and 100% of total amount will be charged to credit card.
  • If the date is changed within the 7 days policy money will not be reimbursed of charges made to credit card. A new reservation must be made.
  • Once customer arrives to property complete charges will be made. Money will not be reimbursed for last minute changes to reservation the same day of arrival. If for any reason customer does not pay amount due at day of arrival the reservation will be cancelled immediately.
  • No reimbursement will be given once check-in is done regardless the reason:

Examples:

  1. If customer decides to leave the place prior the check-out date.
  2. If customer does not like the place or others.

    Me encantaría visitar su hotel, pero no aceptan mascotas y mi perrita es como mi hija. Cabe la posibilidad que en algún momento los acepten?
