  • Please be aware that we provide limited front desk services until 10:00pm PR time. Call or send us an e-mail previous to this time if planning to arrive after 10:00pm to perform arrangements otherwise we will proceed with room cancellation.
  • Additional charge of $25.00 per night will be charge for an extra person on room.
  • Changes in room may have additional charges.

  • Guest will have up to 7 days prior to arrival date to cancel without penalty. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show up money will not be reimbursed and 100% of total amount will be charged to credit card.
  • If the date is changed within the 7 days policy money will not be reimbursed of charges made to credit card. A new reservation must be made.
  • Once customer arrives to property complete charges will be made. Money will not be reimbursed for last minute changes to reservation the same day of arrival. If for any reason customer does not pay amount due at day of arrival the reservation will be cancelled immediately.
  • No reimbursement will be given once check-in is done regardless the reason:

have been established to ensure the safety of our guests:

Safety and Health Guide

  1. You must arrive at the facility with your face mask. You must use them at all times.
  2. All guests will have their temperature taken on arrival. If you drop more than 100.4 degrees F you will not be allowed to stay and will be referred to the nearest hospital for evaluation. No money will be refunded. Credit will be given for date changes. You will be allowed one change of date.
  3. You will have to fill out a document required by the government of Puerto Rico for contact tracking and travel declaration.
  4. No jokes regarding symptoms of illness will be tolerated. (guest joking with loud sneezing and/or coughing). You will be asked to leave the facility immediately with no refund.
  5. A guest who publicly exhibits any symptoms of constant coughing or sneezing will be monitored by staff and immediately referred to the nearest hospital.
  6. They must maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet from other visitors.
  7. You must use a tissue and/or paper towels if you touch or sneeze.
  8. Hands should be washed regularly with soap and water.
  9. Guests are subject to a fine of $5,000 or 6 months in jail if they do not comply with the requirements set forth based on Executive Order 2020-041 found at www.prtourism.com and at our facility upon check-in and the penalties associated with it.
  10. Only walking, jogging, cycling, or sports that avoid physical contact are allowed in tourist attraction areas such as beaches, historical sites. Please see executive order 2020-041 www.prtourism.com
  1. Every room will have signage certifying the cleanliness of the room, name of employee, time and date.
  2. Room service (bed pickup, settling, trash disposal, etc.) has been suspended for the safety of our guests and employees, avoiding as much as possible physical contact and/or guest belongings. Our maids will only provide room service in case of an emergency. Restaurant room service remains.
  3. We provide complimentary bottles of water (2 per room). These must be ordered at the bar.
  4. If you wish to change your towels, please bring them to the reception area and we will gladly replace them.
  5. Towels for the use of the pool must be requested at reception.
  1. The use of the swimming pool will be by reservation and timetables established by La Jamaca. You must reserve your space at the time of check in. Guests may use the pool for a period of 3 hours per reservation. Guests may extend their use of the pool as long as the space is available. The schedule is not guaranteed. The hours are 9:30am-7:00pm.
  1. We have implemented sanitization protocols committed to your safety, health and wellbeing. We will be regularly sanitizing chairs, tables, furniture and anything else that comes in contact with people.
  2. We have placed our furniture guaranteed social distance of 6 feet.
  3. We have placed hand sanitizer stations for your convenience.
  4. We have labeled the property to raise awareness about the use of masks, social distancing and hand washing.
  1. We’ll be serving on plates, cutlery and sanitary cups.
  2. The tables will not have any type of decorative device or recyclable menus to avoid human contact.
  3. You will be assigned to a table. They will be labeled identifying whether or not they have been sanitized.
  4. Tables are placed 6 feet apart.
  5. Groups can be seated at the same table. Limit up to 10 people from the same group.
  6. We will accept food orders over the phone. Once your order is completed you must stop by the bar area and pick it up.
  7. We will ask you as you are able to drop off your own generated garbage both at the bar and in the restaurant.

  2. We encourage you to use alternative payment methods such as Paypal, ATH Mobile once you are in the facility and/or use the credit card provided with your reservation to make any charges.
